Ah Spring...

I found this little ambitious self-seeded pansy squeezing around the rock border in one of the flower beds tonight. He has beaten out the daffodils, the tulips, and the rest of the spring bulbs for the first spring bloom around here. They will not be pleased.

Good for you little pansy! Daffodils were our first.

The Tulips belong to a powerful lobby group. They'll go to their congressman about this outrage. The Pansy will be sued by those infamous insect attorneys from New York....expect their letter very soon...LOL. Great photo by the way.

The Daffodils are making their buds now and shortly we will have blossoms.

To be outdone by a lowly pansy in the springtime is a slap to the face to the powerful Tulip lobby. But I think with in the next couple weeks, their bloom display will quiet the trumpeting pansy for a while. :-)
